After being introduced to balloon decor almost a decade ago, Merrymaking Balloons owner, Marie Shafer, decided 2024 was the year to share her balloon creations with even more people by establishing a business. Marie has been bringing merriment and smiles to family, friends, and the Jefferson City community throughout the years with balloons for birthdays, parades, and even an independent film red carpet screening. As a balloon artist, she has gained top notch skills by attending multiple professional balloon decorator training classes in addition to many professional online training sessions.
